Bacchus was a short-lived series by Eddie Campbell, published by Harrier Comics in 1988. A spin-off of Campbell's longer series Deadface, it featured Bacchus, one of the few Greek gods who have survived to the present day, now an elderly barfly wandering the world telling wry stories from the old days. Two issues were published. Campbell went on to write and draw Bacchus short stories in a variety of publications, ultimately collecting them as Doing the Islands With Bacchus, published by Dark Horse Comics in 1991, and then self-published by Eddie Campbell Comics in Australia in 1997.
