Chloe Citrene is a Cambridge-based writer and artist who belonged to the manga-influenced collective Sweatdrop Studios before leaving in 2011.[1] She is the creator of Rainbow Carousel and one of the contributors to the one-off anthology Drop Dead Monstrous.
