Dipper is caught stealing sausages. Aside from this incident, he appears to have been one of the less mischevious comic strip schoolboys.
"Dipper the Dodger" is an early strip that ran in The Dandy. Or, at least, it appeared in the 1939 annual; beyond that information is scarce. It starred a fairly conventional schoolboy character.
