"Evil Eye" was a strip that first appeared in issue one of Whoopee!,[1] and moved to Whizzer and Chips after the two comics merged. It was originally drawn by Reg Parlett.
The premise was odd, but undeniably solid: the strip revolved around a flying, disembodied eye, which was able to turn bystanders into vicious madmen by staring at them.
The 30 August 1975 issue of Whoopee! saw Evil Eye put a guest appearance in "Scream Inn".[2]
