"Lazy Bones" was a strip that ran in Whizzer and Chips and later Buster. It was originally drawn by Colin Whittock; Bob Hill later took over.[1]
The main character was Benny Bones, a boy so lazy that, even when standing upright with his eyes open, he was often snoring. The storylines generally dealt with hm finding comfy places to sleep in unlikely locations, to the dispair of his parents.
Also part of the cast was Benny's cat, Catnap, who got his own strip at one point.
In the final issue of Buster, Benny's laziness finally came to an end when he came down with a case of insomnia.
