Psycho Gran encounters rudeness.
Psycho Gran was created, written and drawn by David Leach.
The purple-permed, short-sighted, 5-foot tall, grannie with a pan-dimensional handbag, a brutal right hook and a pathological hatred of rudeness, pettiness and selfishness first appeared in the cult British kids comic, Oink! between 1986 and 1988.
She went on to appear in 15 issues of the comic and both Oink! Annuals.
In her original run, she also teamed up with Judge Dredd thanks to a temporal time warp.
In 2011, David brought her back for three new adventures that were published in Lenore #3, the Norwegian Nemi Magazine (Winter edition) and the Japanese Tsunami charity appeal book, Spirit of Hope.
In 2012 and 2013, She appeared in Volume 1 - issue 5 and Volume 6 - issue 7 of David Lloyd's online, digital-only comic, Aces Weekly.
In 2014, the first issue of the all-new Psycho Gran comic launched exclusively on the Titan Comics page of the online comic publisher, Comixology. The is the first of a proposed four book mini series.
