"Sherwood Outlaw: The Adventures of Robin Hood" was a strip which ran in Sun comic in the forties, drawn by Reg Beaumont ("Beau"). It was a retelling of the Robin Hood story, following the legendary outlaw as he rebelled against King John and Lord Burleigh.
