
Starblazer was a monthly science fiction/fantasy comic published from 1979 to 1991 by DC Thomson. It was published in a pocket library format similar to Commando.[1] It lasted for 281 issues.[2]
It featured the first published work from John Smith and Grant Morrison.[3]
The comic's subtitle was later changed from "science fiction in pictures" to "fantasy fiction in pictures", with a change in emphasis to sword and sorcery.[4]
